Bridgeport Police Host Coat Drive For Those In Need

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- The Bridgeport Police Department is hosting a coat drive for adults and children in need through the month of January.

The coat drive will last through Friday, Jan. 26. New or gently-used coats can be dropped off at a number of locations throughout the city between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Donations will be accepted at the following locations:

Bridgeport Police Community Services Division, 1395 Sylvan Ave.
Bridgeport Police Department Headquarters, 300 Congress St.
Bridgeport City Hall, 45 Lyon Terrace
Bridgeport CityHall Annex, 999 Broad St.
Bridgeport Emergency Operations Center, 581 North Washington Ave.
